The Spider palletizer robot stacks all products such as carton boxes, trays, crates, buckets, bags, jerry cans, bobbins and even complete layers. New stacking patterns can easily be created by yourself.
Thanks to the unique quick-change system for grippers, you can switch to another type of product in no time.
Robust, compact and easy central operation
Because all moving parts are located above the work surface, the Spider robot is a very compact palletizer.
The Spider is also very robustly built. Via the large display, both the Spider and all the periphery are centrally controlled and the various stacking patterns can be called up.
Belgian product
The Spider is built in Belgium with standard components of high quality. The total installation is pre-assembled and tested with the customer’s products in our factory prior to delivery. This ensures a quick installation and start-up afterwards at the customer.
Palletizing per line or multiple lines
The Spider palletizer robot is used per line or the robot palletizes the products of multiple lines simultaneously on individual pallets. The pallets are aligned next to each other, ideal for the automatic supply and removal of full and empty pallets.
Part of a total project
We build total projects, taking into account the available space, the position of the exits of the production lines and the necessary passages. Infeed and outfeed conveyors for products and pallets, weighing units, empty pallet destackers and pallet wrappers are integrated together with the palletizer and centrally controlled. Intermediate sheets of cardboard, paper or film are automatically placed between the layers where necessary.
Budget-friendly
Due to standardization and extensive efficiency in the construction, the Spider palletizer is budget-friendly and the payback period is very short. The installation of the palletizer is also done in a minimum of time, which reduces production downtime to a minimum. Thanks to the after-sales service, the cost of interventions is low and response times are short.
