Palletizing full layers of products is sometimes the ideal solution to achieve high production speeds. For example, entire layers of empty jerry cans are stacked on top of each other, with the previous layer centered by the gripper before palletizing the next one on top.

How does it work?
Palletize entire layers? The Spider palletiser has a heavier structure to accommodate complete layers of jars or canned goods with a magnetic gripper. Intermediate sheets are placed between the layers by the same gripper or with a separate manipulator.
Entire layers of boxes can also be unstacked. For pallets stacked diagonally, the position of the layer is “searched” and the recording coordinates are automatically adjusted. Intermediate sheets can be removed automatically and stacked on top of each other.
