Technical information of the Spider Palletizer
The Spider is a servo-driven palletizer that makes vibration-free and fast smooth movements due to its interpolated axis control. The frame is custom built so that one or more pallets can be palletized simultaneously and can positioned next to each other. All moving parts of the palletizer are above the load, allowing a compact footprint.
The safety fencing is always part of the portal structure of the palletizer. The clear large, central display continuously displays the status of the palletizing process and all peripherals such as a pallet destacker, infeed conveyors, weighing units, etc.

- Servo driven palletizer with an interpolated axis control for fast, vibration-free and smooth movements.
- Silent operation by timing belt drive. Rack and pinion drive for longer movement axes.
- Up to 15 cycles per minute.
- Accuracy: 0.5mm.
