When one cup of coffee is not enough

A well-known coffee producer has once again chosen to use our Pecker Pick & Place packing robot and our Spider portal robot for the automatic filling and stacking of their cartons with coffee products.

For this customer, the choice was obvious. After previous successful installations, the decision to use a Pecker packer and Spider palletiser was quickly made. Not only a new installation had to be built, this new line also had to be able to work in synergy with the already previous automated lines.

From parcel to pallet

The final solution is technically nice to see. A fully automated packing and palletizing line that starts with carton filling. Empty cartons are aligned in the Pecker robot to be filled with packets of coffee. After that the filled cartons and palletized by the Spider only a few meters away. The output of the stacked pallets is connected with the existing lines in order to save a lot of space.
