A common attribute in automatic palletizing is the empty pallet destacker. That is why we have been building it ourselves for years and it is regularly used to automatically destack pallets and feed them to our Spider palletizer. To avoid that every palletizer needs to be equipped with an empty pallet destacker, a number of pallet destackers are positioned centrally. Each size of empty pallet has a separate empty pallet destacker and at the request of one of the palletisers, the correct empty pallet is destacked and supplied by means of a transfer trolley on rails or by means of pallet conveyors.
