Dupigny
BagsThe automation at Dupigny is an example of how different tasks can performed automatically by a Spider. This requires powerful software and good in-house programmers.
At Dupigny, one gripper unstacks empty crates, places the bags of fruit juice in the crates and stacks the full crates on a pallet.
When the bags of fruit juice need to be packed in carboard boxes, the Spider puts the bags in the carton and stacks them on a pallet. An automatic carton erector and a carton taper were integrated in the line.
The installation at Dupigny is very compact, which was an asset given the limited space. The accessibility of all components was also a decisive argument.
