Amifood

At Amifood there are many different type of bundles and stacking patterns. The very tight space in which the palletizer, the empty pallet destacker and exit conveyor of the full pallet had to be installed had to be taken into account. Both requirements could be perfectly fulfilled by the Spider. In addition to film-wrapped trays, trays with jars without film also had to be palletized.

Due to the shock-free movements of the Spider, these trays could also be stacked without the risk of the jars falling out of the tray. The large color display with an overview of the status of the palletizing process was an asset for Amifood, as well as the fact that it was possible to dial in remotely in the event of a malfunction
