We have been building robots in our workshops in Beringen for more than 25 years. The Pecker is the Pick & Place robot that we use to pack dimensionally stable products in cartons or crates. Products are preformed in rows or layers after which they are picked and packed.
The Pecker is equipped with a quick-change system for grippers. This allows you to change products in no time. The gripper can be disconnected via clamps and another gripper can be quickly reattached.
American cartons often have to be filled. It must be avoided that the products to be packed are against the raised top flaps of the box during introduction into the carton. That is why we provide a flexible funnel who keeps the flaps slightly open while packing.
