If cardboard sheets have to be placed between the layers during automatic palletizing, this should be done automatically. If this has to be done manually, the palletizer must remain manned, which compromises the payback period. Our Belgian-built Spider palletizer can easily handle this.
When picking up sheets from a hopper, care must be taken not to pick up the underlying sheets due to static electricity. Our intermediate sheet hoppers are therefore equipped with special blow-off and brush systems to combat this.
A sheet of film must often be placed between the layers of buckets. Via an automatic film depilator, the correct length of film is unrolled and cut off. The Spider’s gripper picks up this loosely cut sheet and places it like a bedsheet on the stacked layer of buckets.
